Can I buy a home that is already under construction?
Yes. We offer the opportunity to purchase a home already in progress. Buying a home under construction gives you two major benefits: (1) your timeline is shorter because the home is already underway, getting you closer to move-in, and (2) you still have the opportunity to be involved in key selections and design decisions.
