We are excited to share that The Solace, our custom home at 209 Ellwood Drive in Raleigh’s North Hills neighborhood, was awarded Gold in the 2026 Triangle Parade of Homes!
This recognition is an incredible honor for our entire team and a celebration of the creativity, craftsmanship, and collaboration that went into bringing this home to life.
From the beginning, The Solace was designed to offer something special—a home where luxury, comfort, and wellness come together in a thoughtful and intentional way.
Every space was created to enhance everyday living, with an emphasis on relaxation, connection, and the seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The home’s standout features include a private backyard retreat with a pool, sauna, and cold plunge; a screened porch with retractable Phantom screens and a fire table; and a beautiful chef’s kitchen featuring Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances and a separate scullery.
Inside, soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and carefully selected finishes create an inviting atmosphere throughout. A spa-inspired owner’s bath, spacious entertaining areas, and dedicated wellness features further distinguish this one-of-a-kind home.
Together, these elements create a home that is as functional as it is beautiful, thoughtfully designed around the way its owners live.
The Triangle Parade of Homes is an opportunity to showcase the talent, creativity, and craftsmanship of homebuilders throughout our region. Being recognized with a Gold Award among this year’s entries is something we are incredibly proud of.
But what makes this award especially meaningful is the team behind it.
From the initial design and planning to the countless details that brought the finished home together, The Solace represents the dedication of our Homestead team and the talented architects, designers, and trade partners we have the privilege of working alongside.
To everyone who played a role in this home, thank you. Your expertise, commitment, and pride in your work are reflected in every corner of The Solace.
We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited The Solace during this year’s Parade of Homes. It was a pleasure welcoming so many people through the doors and sharing the details that made this home such a special project.
A special thank you to the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County for their continued efforts in organizing the Parade of Homes and providing an opportunity to celebrate the incredible work happening throughout our homebuilding community.
While The Solace has now been sold, we’re grateful for the opportunity to have shared it with so many visitors.
We’re honored to add another Gold Award to the Homestead story and look forward to continuing to create exceptional custom homes throughout the Raleigh area.
Thank you for being part of it!
