What is the Triangle Parade of Homes?

The Triangle Parade of Homes is North Carolina’s largest open house event, showcasing a diverse range of newly constructed homes throughout Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties. Whether you’re in the market for a new home or seeking inspiration from cutting-edge design trends, this event provides an unparalleled glimpse into the region’s dynamic housing landscape. With hundreds of homes on display, attendees can experience firsthand the craftsmanship and creativity that define modern living in the Triangle.

Celebrating 60 Years of Excellence

This year marks the 60th anniversary of the Parade, a testament to the enduring appeal and significance of this event in our community. Over the decades, the Parade has evolved, reflecting changes in architectural styles, building technologies, and homeowner preferences. Yet, its core mission remains unchanged: to connect builders, buyers, and design enthusiasts in a celebration of homebuilding excellence.
