Once you’ve selected your lot, a deposit secures it and officially begins the planning phase of your new home. This step moves us into design and development—bringing your vision to life.
You’ll collaborate closely with our team to design a home that reflects your lifestyle, priorities, and personal style. From layout to finishes, we help you make choices that are both functional and beautiful.
A 10% building deposit finalizes the construction agreement. This locks in your build and sets the wheels in motion for the next phase—construction.
Ownership of the lot officially transfers to you. With the paperwork complete, we’re ready to begin construction and make your dream home a reality.
Our experienced design & build team takes over from here. Over the next 11–13 months, we’ll manage the full construction process and handle all communication so you stay informed, without feeling overwhelmed.
