1 Lot / Land Acquisition
This is the first step. Build on one of our desirable lots, or we can build on yours! Either way, don’t wait for fully developed plans to finalize your lot selection. Let our real estate partners help you find the perfect lot as early in the build process as possible. The sooner we get involved, the sooner we can help uncover potential lot risk and ensure your desired project is completely feasible.
2 Design
Now begins the real fun. Want to use one of our plans or create something entirely from scratch? No problem! Our home designers can modify plans we have or develop an entirely new plan tailored just for you. We’re here every step of the way to help you develop the plan that’s right for you and your family’s lifestyle. By being involved during your home’s design, we can utilize value engineering to ensure we stay on budget while building your custom home.
3 Build
Ready to see it come to life? Once construction begins, our team comes together to execute your vision and create your dream home, on time and on budget. Your dedicated project manager will keep your project on track by utilizing state-of-the-art project management software that allows you to view your home’s progress in real time. Learn more about our software here. Our designer will accompany you to all selection meetings, ensuring those inspiration boards you’ve been tirelessly curating become a reality.
4 Warranty
And finally, you’ll rest easy knowing we fully stand behind our work. If any issues are overlooked through closing, your project manager will address them quickly and efficiently. And don’t worry; your home comes with a standard one-year warranty administered by our in-house warranty team. After you’ve been in your home for a year, he’ll follow up with a formal One-Year Walk Through, note warranty items that need to be addressed, and schedule the appropriate parties to address those issues just as quickly and efficiently as he did upon closing.
